Beanlands
Nursing Home provides excellent Nursing and Palliative Care
to forty five residents over the age of sixty five in Cross
Hills.

Nursing Home, Location...
Established as a Nursing Home in 1974, Beanlands was acquired
by The Czajka Care Group in 2003. Beanlands enjoys stunning
views and is within a short walking distance of Cross Hills,
with nearby excellent rail links for visiting relatives or
resident’s day trips.
Beanlands Nursing Home, Accommodation...
Beanlands offers residents a choice of thirty seven single
rooms, or four twin bedded rooms, twenty nine of which have
en-suite facilities and all of which are tastefully designed
using stylishly co-ordinated furnishing. Beanlands has a choice
of three lounges and a large conservatory to enjoy the stunning
views and changing seasons in warmth and comfort amongst friends.
Beanlands also boasts a spacious dining room as well as a
patio to enjoy meals in our landscaped gardens which includes
a water feature during warmer months.
A
wireless, ADSL Broadband Service is available, by request,
throughout Beanlands.
Quality
Care At Beanlands...
The Philosophy of Care at The Czajka Care Group is to ensure
that residents retain as much autonomy and independence through
providing a range of choices and activities to participate
in as well as ensuring that privacy and dignity are always
respected. Our staff at Beanlands Nursing Home receive Dementia
Awareness Training as well as Specialist Dementia Care Training,
going beyond the national minimum standards to ensure that
you or your loved one receives the type of care and attention
that they deserve.
Beanlands is proud to be a member of the
Gold Standards Framework for Care Homes
(GSFCH) programme. The standard is an example of best practice
as set out by government and professional organisations such
as the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) improving
the quality of Palliative Care in the UK and is supported
by organisations such as Help the Aged. Although the necessary
training programme is still in progress, Beanland’s
Registered Manager, Sue Cutts and her team are passionate
about the scheme and hope to have full accreditation soon.
