Whether you need a little help for yourself or for a loved one, you can contact us by phone for an informal chat; we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

If you decide to take things further we will arrange for a Senior Manager to come and visit you in your own home, at a suitable time for yourself for an assessment. Before implementing a care package, we take the utmost care to assess what is needed and to take into full consideration your personal concerns and worries. There is no charge for this assessment and you are under no obligation to take on our services if you do not wish to.

Czajka Community Care has two offices, one based in Shipley covering the Bradford Area and one in West Park covering Leeds.
