Czajka Community Care offers a wide range of services. We offer comprehensive care packages which are tailored to meet each individuals needs. Our packages can be on short or long term basis, helping to care for our Service Users anything from an hour, up to 24 hours a day.

Personal Care
Our professional and trained carers are experienced in delivering the many different aspects of Personal Care.

	Dressing and personal grooming			Assistance getting in and out of bed
	Bathing			Toileting Assistance
	Monitoring and Prompting Medication			Catheter and Stoma Care
	Household and Domestic Duties			Shopping and errands
	Meal Preparation - Our Carers can either assist with or prepare meals. Carers are trained in basic food hygiene and are specially trained to deal with different dietary requirements, such as Diabetes. They can provide assistance with eating and drinking. Meals, snacks and drinks can be prepared in advance for Service Users, for after our Carers have left.
	Monitoring of Service Users Health - Our Carers are trained to monitor our Service Users health and to quickly identify any issues that arise. This includes recognising the need to involve other health care professionals, such as GP’S, District Nurses and Paramedics.
	Social Interaction - Perhaps one of the most important aspects of Care is to provide a friendly face and conversation. By engaging and building relationships with Service Users not only will it help put them at ease, but also gain their confidence and trust. This is not only important for service users who may feel isolated to alleviate loneliness, but can also help combat cognitive decline.

Night Care Services
Czajka Community Care can provide two different types of Night Care

	Night Sitters. Our Carers can provide personal care, as well as assist and monitor the Service User during the night.
	Nightsleep. A carer will sleep over in the Service Users home and assist during the night if required. A bed does need to be provided within the Service Users home.

Convalescent Care
Czajka Community Care can assist in the recovery from illness and after hospital visits. This service can be provided both long and short term and aid in the recuperation of the Service User.

Emergency Cover
Czajka Community Care Services provide an emergency call out service for Service Users who have been discharged from hospital. This Service can accompany the Service User home and provide Personal care during the rehabilitation process.
We are also able to assist and accompany Service Users who have appointments in Hospital or with their G.P.

Domestic Assistance
Czajka Care can provide domestic services within our Service Users homes to help relieve some of the domestic chores. Our service is not only employed by individual Private Clients but also by local Commercial Companies.

Respite Care
Our respite service allows people who care for a loved one or friend to take a break from their caring role. We can provide the scope and level of care to suit both your needs and the needs of the one you care for, whether it is taking over the full time carers usual tasks, to simply providing companionship. This service allows the carer to have a life alongside their caring role.
