Nursing Home located in Nabwood, Shipley on the peaceful outskirts
of Bradford, providing an excellent standard of nursing care
to thirty seven ladies and gentlemen over the age of sixty
five..

Nursing Home, Location...
The
Home was first opened by The Czajka Care Group as a Care Home
in 1989. Subsequent refurbishments and extensions as part
of the Fairmount Park development completed in 1991 means
that while being located in peaceful and leafy Nab Wood, Fairmount
also has stunning views of the Fairmount Park retirement homes
and apartments as well as the centre piece crown green Bowling
Green.
The
Fairmount Park Clubhouse is also situated adjacent to Fairmount
Nursing Home where there are restaurant and bar facilities,
a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a small gymnasium, steam room,
snooker table and small library area.
Situated
close to Saltaire, residents have good access to the local
amenities, shops, the historic Saltaire Village and Mill,
with bus and rail services to Skipton, Ilkley and the wider
commercial centres of Bradford and Leeds.

Fairmount
offers an exceptionally high standard of single or twin bedded
rooms many of which have en suite facilities and are tastefully
designed using a range of stylish and co-ordinated furnishings.
Whilst
we provide vanity units, quality furniture, carpets, individuals
nurse call system, telephone point and television, we also
encourage residents to bring personal items such as small
furniture, photographs, ornaments and any other treasured
mementoes to help residents feel at home.
A wireless, ADSL Broadband Service is available, by request,
throughout Fairmount.
Fairmount
also boasts a choice of two lounges both with television,
DVD player and small library of books and games, as well as
a quiet room with balcony to relax or gain a bird’s
eye view of one of our crown green bowling tournaments.
