Intermediate Care Team Leader required for busy sixteen bedded unit within a 38 bedded nursing home in Steeton. The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with experience of intermediate care. You will have excellent clinical, leadership and administrative skills and be able to maintain and develop the excellent working relationship we have with Airedale Collaborative Care Team. Your role will be to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, co-ordinate discharges and admissions, give team supervision and participate in delivering a sensitive, efficient care service to all patients. Full time post.

Job Title: Registered Nurse
40 hours a week to work 4 nights a week.
Reporting to: Registered Home Manager.

Role Purpose: To act as shift leader and ensure the smooth day to day running of the area of responsibility. To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and well being. To work within the Nursing and Midwifery Code of Professional Conduct and Czajka Care Group Ltd Policies and Procedures.
