We are thrilled to share some of the remarkable achievements of our dedicated team at Staveley Birkleas Nursing Home. Over recent months, several staff members have completed key milestones in their professional development, including Care Certificates, Level 2 Diplomas, and Level 3 Diplomas in Health & Social Care.
These qualifications reflect not only hard work and commitment but also a passion for delivering the very best care to our residents. We are so proud of our team’s growth, dedication, and the difference they make every day.

Currergate Nursing Home two-peak sponsored walk
A huge congratulations to the team from Currergate Nursing Home for completing a two-peak sponsored walk in aid of the residents’ fund. Their incredible efforts have raised spirits and strengthened community bonds, with plans already in place for a three-peak challenge next year once everyone has recovered!
A day by the sea for Staveley Birkleas residents
Residents enjoyed a seaside outing to Blackpool, taking in fresh air, scenic views, and the joy of shared experiences. From promenade walks to singing, dancing, and laughter, the day was filled with happiness and connection.
