New rooms now available to reserve at Brookfield Care Home in Nab Wood
An extension at our popular Brookfield Care Home, which is based in Nab Wood, Shipley is nearing completion, with eight brand new en-suite rooms now available for residents to reserve.
Our highly rated care home cares for elderly, frail and disabled people from across West Yorkshire and the new extension will be completed in the next few weeks.
Czajka Care Group’s managing director, Konrad Czajka, said: “We are proud to be creating more high-quality rooms, as our enquiry levels for places continue to soar. The major extension and improvement programmes at Brookfield Care Home are part of our multi-million-pound investment in both Brookfield Care Home and Currergate Nursing Home in Steeton, which are both rated as ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
“Following high demand from people keen to move into both our care home and nursing home, we have created a total of 23 new en-suite rooms across both homes that are of the very highest standards, and we only have two rooms remaining available at Currergate Nursing Home.”
All of the private rooms at Brookfield Care Home have en-suites, and there is a team of 45 care professionals providing full-time care, respite care, palliative care, day care and short breaks. The home is set within beautifully landscaped grounds, where residents grow their own vegetables and help with the gardening. There is a choice of four different lounges and a light-filled conservatory with patio doors leading out into the immaculate gardens. The home also has a dedicated music centre, library and two dining rooms. Residents can also eat outside on the garden terrace or have their meals brought to them in their own rooms.
Brookfield Care Home is part of a wider development at Fairmount Park, which includes Fairmount Park’s retirement homes and The Clubhouse, a first-class leisure facility, all on Nab Wood Drive in Shipley.
