CT completes health and social care qualification
Congratulations to CT who lives at our specialist nursing home, Staveley Birkleas, on completing her QCF in Health and Social Care.
CT has been wanting to do it since being at school. She said: “The course was challenging but I still got through it. I learned more about the practical side of care work and what it entails. I felt so proud when I finally received my certificate - well done me!" And well done from all of us - what an achievement.

Currergate Nursing Home two-peak sponsored walk
A huge congratulations to the team from Currergate Nursing Home for completing a two-peak sponsored walk in aid of the residents’ fund. Their incredible efforts have raised spirits and strengthened community bonds, with plans already in place for a three-peak challenge next year once everyone has recovered!
